Stephen Betros has over 25 years of senior management experience in a variety of roles including 15 years as a Chief Executive. Stephen has worked across a wide variety of sectors including agriculture, facilities and property, risk management, professional services, information technology and engineering. In these roles Stephen was responsible for the implementation of a variety of management systems to improve corporate performance. This provides him with a deep understanding that simplicity is best, that risks should be managed and that implementation is a people issue. Importantly, Stephen’s management experience allows him to “walk in your shoes”, understanding that you want systems that contribute to your profitability and minimise your administration.

Stephen established Spark Growth Solutions in 2012 to provide companies with the support they require to design and implement strategy, risk and ISO management systems to improve business performance.
